… I’m thinking of some kind of „reverse history“ …
… because after next restauration (2006/09), then seen in 2014 …
the colurs went to a reduced appearance …: fewer colours and less leaf gilding than before – but why …?
… too, more details in sculptutre’s intricacies of design seem to be changed …
Town-hall’s all-embracing / extensive change began in 1985, when its look turned completely different into still present-day body structure of fassade …
… but those days (decades ago) the residents did not know of these details (commonly known today) and exclamations echoed all over the town … how „they“ [authority / person in charge] could do it that direful way …
